AMOG has used smart sensors and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for fixed plant, including accelerometers and strain gauges.

We used a calibrated digital twin to assess the critical locations on a structure to determine the key areas of focus for inspections.

For the client, this provided:

• Removal of subjective bias in inspection practices

• Removal of conservatism over qualitative RBI and targets high risk locations using preventative maintenance

• Improved maintenance tactics, reducing downtime and saving costs
